You’ll only see Ask Copilot if you turn it on in Settings (under Personalisation > Taskbar > Ask Copilot). For everyone else, the normal search stays exactly as it is.

A secondary taskbar called the Command Palette Dock would provide quick access to PowerToys features and tools.
